Our rates at our contracted radiology facilities are upwards of 70% + BELOW typical billed charges.

Q. What is the Imaging program?

A: The Imaging program is a pre-paid medical testing service for Diagnostic Imaging that utilizes a large, national network of providers. Since testing is pre-paid prices are significantly lower than the standard charges.

Q. Is the Imaging program "insurance"?

A: No, the Imaging program is not insurance. There are no monthly premiums, no applications, underwriting, waiting periods, pre-existing conditions, or claims reports.

Q. What does it cost?

A: The Imaging program has no monthly or annual fees. The only fee the Imaging program has is an ordering fee of $25.00 per order.

Q. Are there any waiting periods, pre-existing condition limits or other "insurance related" limits to this Program?

A: No, the Imaging program is not insurance and has no such limits. All you have to do is call 1-800-903-3921 to order your imaging test and reap the savings.

Q. Are there any age limits or restrictions?

A: No, even seniors can use the benefits as often as they wish and receive lower prices than the usual and customary.

Q. Can my doctor's office order my tests?

A: Yes, but you must pre-pay for your tests at the time of ordering, so please be sure to have your credit card information ready when your doctor's office calls to order for you.

Q. Can I use the Imaging program with my current health plan's benefits?

A: Yes, the Imaging program uses national imaging centers. As a result, the number of facilities available to you is very comprehensive. If your health plan's medical testing benefit has a large co-pay, deductible and coinsurance (money out of your pocket), or excludes certain tests, the Imaging program can save you valuable dollars.

Q. What if I haven't met my deductible? Will the Imaging program be of any value to me?

A: Absolutely! Anything UP TO your deductible comes out of your pocket; therefore, you save money by using the Imaging program because you pre-pay and get lower fees. It's your money. Why not spend far less of it?

A: You can order your lab tests via the toll free number 1-800-903-3921 or online. Once you've pre-paid (using a credit card) the Imaging program Customer Service Specialists will provide you with the nearest location and requisition paperwork so that you can have the tests performed.

Q. How and when do I pay for my tests?

A: You pay when you order your tests. Visa, Master, and Discover are accepted. Have your credit card information ready when you call 1-800-903-3921 to order your imaging tests.

Q. How does the actual test ordering process work?

A: Call the toll-free number, 1-800-903-3921, and the Customer Service Specialists will guide you through every step of the process. If you have questions, they will be happy to answer them.

A: The Imaging program does not file insurance claims. We can provide you with the CPT codes so you may file for reimbursement.

Q. Do I need an appointment?

A: Not even your insurance company will obtain results from the Imaging program and/or associates.

Q. Is there a Testing Center near me?

A: The Imaging program uses only nationwide, certified Medical Testing Centers. There are over 3,500 centers nationwide, so there is usually one close to where you live or work. Special arrangements can be made for an area without a facility.
